    1. I had to buy this textbook for a class; I started reading it on my own before the semester even started. It's very interesting and informative, and well organized, with a clean layout. I do not regret for a second buying this book, and had I looked through it at the store I would have bought it even if it wasn't required.

    2. They let their liberalism seep through every now and then, especially about climate change, but overall, a decent textbook. This is one I plan to keep.

    3. I just finished this for a Geography college class. The textbook is very informative, yet easy to mentally digest. It reads great as far as a textbook goes. The only reason why I personally don't recommend it, however, is because as a Christian I do not believe in the millions-of-years-ago theories that make their way into a few of the pages.

    4. This was a textbook for class for me. It covered a lot of information and the way that information was laid out made a lot of sense. The first part of the chapter would detail the region's history, the second part would detail it's culture. My only complaint is that the book is laid out in columns instead of full pages. As a student that just makes everything more difficult.

    5. loved how they give each region of the world a detail understanding to where people would be able to memorize those nations and area.

    6. This is honestly the best introductory book to any subject I have encountered thus far. Praise, praise, praise.

    7. Whew! Finishedw to the final. The reading wasn't always exciting but I still learned a lot from this massive book.
